What is the Credo Clean Standard?

The Credo Clean Standard is the strongest in the industry. We prohibit over 2,700 ingredients linked to health or environmental issues and require brands to maintain rigorous documentation on ingredient sourcing and safety.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website and visiting the 'Order History' section.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of new or gently used products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Credo Beauty ships to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working on expanding our reach in the future.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, all brands sold at Credo must be 100% cruelty-free. We do not carry any products that have been tested on animals at any stage of the production process.

How do I earn and redeem rewards?
